Improving you Eyesight
If we had not eyes, there would be many things we could not do as it is just one of many important organs we have. Always be sure to take care of your eyes since we only have two and they cannot be replaced.
Without proper care, many eye diseases can effect our sight. The most common is Myopia or better known as nearsightedness. Herpes of the eye, Glaucoma and muscular degeneration are a few other eye disease that are well known. Eye exercises can be done and are certainly good for your eyes and certain food can help also.
Be sure to always were sunglasses when outside as this will protect your eyes from the sun. Foods that are high in minerals and vitamins, especially vitamin A are good for your eyes. If your eye are feeling tired, try to stare for a bit of time on something that is off in the distance from you. You can also look a one finger held in front of you near your nose, use one eye at a time and repeat many times during the day. Take care of your eyes even when you don’t feel there is something wrong. By doing this you can probably prevent an eye condition.
